Meal Service Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Come Get A Plate, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Availability
Our menu is flexible and may change based on ingredient availability, seasonality, and what we're cooking. Menu items, pricing, portions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and some items may be available only in limited quantities.
Your order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. If we are unable to fulfill an item you purchased, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate substitution, credit, or refund.
Cancellations, Returns & Order Issues
Because our food is freshly prepared and perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, taste preferences, incorrectly ordered items, failure to receive an order as scheduled, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. This includes missing or incorrect items, damaged packaging, or concerns about the quality of your food.
We'll work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We may request photographs or a brief video call to help us understand and resolve the issue.
Order Fulfillment
Available fulfillment methods will be displayed at checkout and may vary by location, order, or availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfillment information and for receiving their order within the applicable scheduled timeframe. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or other fulfillment issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or the customer's unavailability to receive an order.
Once an order has been received by the customer, proper transportation, if applicable, refrigeration, freezing, storage, reheating, and handling become the customer's responsibility.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
Come Get A Plate prepares a variety of foods using ingredients that may include common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
We provide allergen information when required and make reasonable efforts to accurately identify ingredients and known allergens in our menu items. However, our meals may be prepared, stored, or packaged in shared spaces and with shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Ingredient descriptions and dietary information are provided to help customers make informed choices but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a product is allergen-free.
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or specific dietary requirements are encouraged to contact us before ordering with any questions or concerns.
Food Safety & Customer Responsibility
Our meals are prepared for proper storage and consumption according to any instructions provided with your order. Perishable foods should be refrigerated or frozen promptly and stored, reheated, and consumed safely.
After receiving an order, the customer assumes responsibility for its safe transportation, if applicable, storage, refrigeration or freezing, handling, reheating, and consumption.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Come Get A Plate is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damages resulting from improper storage, transportation, handling, reheating, consumption after recommended timeframes, undisclosed food allergies or sensitivities, or failure to follow provided food-safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Menu & Product Information
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our food. Because meals are prepared in small batches, appearance, ingredients, garnishes, portion presentation, and packaging may vary from photographs or descriptions.
We will not knowingly make a significant substitution that materially changes an item or introduces a known allergen without appropriate notice.
Website & Content
The Come Get A Plate name, branding, photographs, graphics, menu descriptions, and other original website content belong to Come Get A Plate and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Come Get A Plate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our responsibility for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or portion of the order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our menu, services, fulfillment options, or business practices change. The Terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any applicable local laws and regulations.
